My attempt at Bonsai did not kill the plant
My attempt at bonsai.
Recently I thought my Mgambo tree was dying. All the leaves just started to turn brown and fall off. But after a while I saw some new leaves coming out and that made me super happy. I pulled off the other dying leaves to give the new ones a chance.
I haven't posted about my Mgambo in a while so I thought I would share a photo. She's growing quite nicely. Lots of leaves there now. She has her first leaves still. They haven't fallen off yet.

So... I decided to plant this tree that has beautiful black velvety seeds in pods that are red on the inside. After about 2 weeks sitting in the soil, my seed sent out his little radicle and began his journey to be a big tree. Stay tuned for more updates on this amazing journey!
